    Qiao Baoping, chairman of Guodian Group, said that at present, China''s wind power industry is still in the key period of initial development and "climbing" stage, wind power only accounts for 2.5% of the whole society''s electricity consumption, while the EU, Spain, Germany''s installed capacity accounted for 13%, 21.8% and 18.4%, electricity accounted for 8%, 20.9% and 10.2%, respectively.

    Li Enyi, general manager of Longyuan Power Group Co., LTD., believes that the state should further strengthen the important position of wind power in completing the 2020 energy conservation and emission reduction goals, and establish a comprehensive coordination mechanism between the energy authorities and the environmental protection, forestry, Marine and other relevant departments involved in wind power development. He suggested speeding up the "13th Five-Year Plan" wind power development planning, maintain a stable market growth rate, to ensure the realization of national wind power development goals.
